Used justreloading.com for an order of 3k 9mm and 1k 45ACP.  Pricing was affordable.

I have only processed 1K of the 9mm, I would say about 20% of it had crimped primers.  They were quasi polished--certainly enough I wouldnt feel bad about loading them as I came but I just got a new wet tumbler sooo.. :)  But all mixed headstamps, found a few 380 cases while going through them.  No open-bolt fired brass or large bumps.  Quick shipping so seems like a decent outfit.  The 45 ACP was not sorted by primer and I likely pulled around 75 small primer out when I hand sorted as well as a few 40 cases.  If you can take the time to process and sort/cull I think this is a good place to use--they seem pricing competitive.  Not really any that were throwaways other than a few winchester with waaay off center flash holes and the 3 or so 380 cases.

I will use them again unless I am in a time crunch and can't afford to sort.

ETA: zero nickel cases that I can find.

I prefer to buy fired brass that has not been polished to start with.

This way I can see the condition of the brass, to make sure it was not sitting in crap too long to tarnish/pit the hell out of it; and not just cleaned in some solvent that may caused the brass to be come brittle to gleam the outside of it up for resale instead.

This stuff had some corn cob media flakes here and there so it doesn't appear they wash them with any liquid.
