I tumble my brass with Lyman green media, and then shake it off with a strainer in a 5 gallon homedepot bucket.. It's unavoidable that the static makes the media go everywhere anytime I pour the media + brass in the strainer or when I shake out the media... Any tips to help avoid making a mess?  Maybe a ceramic bucket or something?

Add some torn dryer sheets when you tumble to help mitigate the static.

Inside with the media?

I'll give it a go this week, I usually put cut cloth strips or patches to absorb some of the grime

my normal practice is to use 1 used dryer sheet in the tumbler, cut into about 4 strips or so, mostly to pick up any dust.
