I just wanted to take a minute and praise hi-techs outstanding customer service. I had run in to some issues with some pistol bullets that I had ordered from them. I called them up and spoke to Jim and told him my problem. I had loaded roughly 100 of the 2,000 rounds and he said ship the 1,900 back that I hadn't loaded yet and he's send me a full refund. Not only did he send me a full refund, he then mailed me a check for the return shipping of the product. If you are dealing with hi-tech, deal with confidence. They are good people. I have since been back and spent double what my original order was with them.
