I'm getting into 380 reloading I think.  To make things simple I would like to try some of the powder I have all ready which is Titegroup, Unique, Power Pistol and Bullseye.  Any preferred there?

Also, any other tips on 380 reloading?

All your powder is suitable.. comes down to how you dispensing for most part.. I think member  AJE is using Bullseye and Power Pistol for what he has loaded... maybe he stop by and add some more..

Get used to handling small cases and bullets.. you not state what press you using.

Thanks.  Lee Classic Turret with the Pro Powder measure.

W231 and Bullseye are my first two picks. I found small self defense pistols are sprung for medium to hot loads. Starting loads would not cycle the pistols reliably. Start with a few test loads before committing to more. Make sure it is a reliable load before you load in bulk.

I use the same press.  My load is 4.0gr. Unique under the Berry's 100gr plated bullet.  Unique throws OK with that measure if you vibrate it or tap it a little to settle powder before each drop.  Some folk tape a vibrator to the powder measure...

I've been tossing around the idea of starting to reload .380 as well.  I haven't yet because I only shoot it out of my P3AT, and I don't shoot a lot of volume in that caliber.  That being said, if/when I pull the trigger, one of these powders is probably where I'll start.

The three threads that dryflash linked are great.   I had started my own thread when I started loading .380 because I didn't see those.

In my LCP and Glock 42, 95 grain round nose loads with Power Pistol (if you want them hot) and Bullseye (if you don't) work great.  IIRC I also tried a few rounds each with Red Dot and HP38 (both worked about the same as Bullseye) and a handful of loads with Blue Dot (wow...  felt way bigger than a .380).
