Need a bit more info.

Does factory ammo chamber?
Does a sized case with no bullet chamber?
Do you have a case gauge to measure you sized rounds?
Have you checked to insure your chamber / bore is free of obstructions?
Does your bolt close on an empty chamber?

Did you properly resize the brass?  Before you put primer, powder and a projectile in the brass make sure it will fit into your chamber and lock up properly.  If it does, your problem is C.O.A.L. if it doesn't you need to full length resize.

Your resizing die is not set correctly. It is too high in the press. (too much headspace to chamber)

Lower die 1/16 turn, resize a case, wipe off the lube and attemp to chamber.

Repeat until cases chambers and ejects normally. This is the old school way.

What we use currently to set our sizing dies is a headspace gauge attached to a caliper.

Like this, 223 shown.

I always full length resize (RCBS set up) for my DPMS LAR AR-10 and no problems.  I trim to recommended (OAL) length and (slightly) use a LEE factory crimp (using BLC-2 w/ 145 gr. FMJ).  Check your empty case OAL, full length resize (check for chambering before reloading) and double check your loaded OAL.  You can 'reload' a dummy round (no primer or powder) as your test case and for future reference.
