It came in a mix of 30-06 bullets. Hs is lc 52 and the tip is hard, not soft.

Looks like an old Remington bronze tip bullet but I don't know for sure.

Bronze Point (originally called the Brass Point) is a very old
design going back to the 1920s.  It doesn't move the center of weight to
the rear like a HP because the lead core and bronze tip fill the
jacket.

It was made strictly as a hunting bullet so don't expect
anything more than hunting accuracy.  If you have only a few of them
they may be more valuable as a collector.  If you have a bunch they'd
work just fine in any 30-06 load.  Just don't expect miracles.

Like the others have said, looks like a Remington BronzePoint. I used them for many years in a Husqvarna .270 Win. with great success. I found it to be very accurate in my rifles. ymmv

Predecessor to the Nosler , etc. ballistic tips.

IMHO , I wish Remington still made them. excellent for M1A , M1 reloads and as others have said they are also quite accurate for me.

As other have said Remington Bronze point.

They still make them as far as I know, but possibly only as components.  I've seen them for sale (brand new reloading components) fairly recently

Well then, you should  fire it at at a nice clean steel plate at 500 yards,  get your dope straight before since you just have the one...
