Just got the Giraurd annealer, very excited. Is it alright to neck size after the annealing process for my bolt gun? This will be for 30.06 and 6.5X55.

I size after annealing. Use 750° tempilaq on the inside of your case necks to be sure you are getting to the right temperature range. Do not judge by color.
