You should calculate your VMD for each lot of powder. Lee's numbers are little more than a guide and usually will give a lighter charge than listed. You know the cc of the cavity, you weigh the charge dropped and you calculate VMD (cc/gn) or bulk density (gn/cc). What I get is dependent on my lot of powder and how I settle the powder in the measure. |
