[ARCHIVED THREAD] - New to reloading

I've read the FAQ's and couldn't come up with an anwer. If I wanted to start reloading 5.56/.223, .308, 45acp, and 40 s&w what manufacture and model would you recommend for an initial $300 start up? I'm thinking of just starting out with a good non progressive loader.

For that budget...LEE is gonna be your best bet.

I would check into a Lee Classic turret setup...Should be able to put something together for your budget and should last awhile

Thanks for the reply. I guess if I want to go from .308 to 45acp I'll just pop in a different turret with the correct dies?

I looked at the Lee claasic kit.
