Forgive me if this isnt the right place to start new topic. I joined the forum to figure out what this is. Im new to reloading and my fiancee found this in her dads old stuff along with a RCBS press, just need to know what it is? im a noob i know

Its a priming tool for a RCBS press. The long part goes through the sleeve and threads into a cast aluminum pivot. The 2 set screws hold another cast part, the one that holds the primer tubes, to the press. There should be a spring that slides over the plunger too.
