I like to do my reloading in stages. Size all, Then sometime later prime all cases and store. Question i have is, will the brass relax so as to have less neck tension over time.

Fully preped is how I like to store my brass.

Actually testing shows that the necks actually stiffen somewhat over time. Seating bullets on freshly resized brass takes much less effort than brass that has been resized previously and stored for over a month or two. An interesting article was posted on www.accurateshooter.com regarding this phenomena.

Some of the F Class guys will load their ammo and travel cross country to a match, at which point they will bump their loads just a few thousandths just before the match.
