I debating about starting to reload pistol and rifle, I've been reloading shotgun for 20+ years.
Can anyone suggest a setup (press, tumbler, etc..)? Thanks in advance! |

If I can give you any advice it would be to not go cheap. I started, like most, with lee equipment. Although the quality was sufficient, and I loaded some good rounds, I eventually upgraded to a hornady single stage and progressive. I took a serious hit when I resold my lee stuff.
Long story short, save up and buy good equipment and you'll never have to spend that money again. Seems hornady and dillon have the best following, although rcbs is also great (from what I've heard). I absolutely love my hornady presses, wouldn't trade them for anything! |

Top of the page is where all that info is waiting for you. The 4 tacked resources. Lots of info to search here.....but my feelings are I like Green.....I like my 2 Rock Chuckers, my Pro2k Progressive and my Redding T-7, I have thousands of rounds thru each of them. RCBS has never let me down with customer support. I have a RCBS and Lyman tumbler, Redding case trimmer and RCBS and Lee dies, Lee hand primer and RCBS APS strip primer tray for the Pro2K...... But this is what works for me Enjoy!! |
