I tried to cast some last night using a lee 2 bullet 200 gr for 45 acp
I couldn't get a good cast, they came out if the cast with folds, or veins through out the cast
Any ideas if the lead is to hot or not hot enough?

Try more heat. If  bullets get to hot, they become frosted. When frosted, bullets will be a tiny bit smaller in diameter.

Clean mold with hot water and dish detergent, simple green works well too. Smoke the mold with a butane lighter, not a wood match. Make sure the mold is up to temperature, should be easy with a two hole. Your alloy should be from 625-700 degrees. This should get you good boolits.

Wrinkles are caused by either a too cold mold or contamination in the cavities.

Clean it with hot soapy water and an old toothbrush and try casting with it again.

Pre heat your mold before casting. A hot plate works best but you can also dip a corner in the melt or lay the mold across the top of the pot (not in the melt).

Do not smoke your mold. A properly prepped and up to temp mold will not need smoking to get the bullets to drop correctly.

You want them to look something like this. More heat, molds up to temp will cure wrinkles.
