Im really not a fan of the lee powder scale that came with my kit. Do any of the digital powder scales work? Ive been reading reviews on midway and it seems like the frankford one is the only scale that gets positive reviews. Im on a bit of a budget right now after just ordering components so Im not trying to break the bank if I can get away with it.

Plan on spending close to $100.

The cheap $30 ones are not reliable. They drift.

even my good PACT one will drift a bit if the room temp changes.. Constant room temp is a must.. then rezero every so often. Get a good one and do it once..

Dillon, The only one I use.  Dead on, never drifts.  Look around, you can get a deal on a used one for around $100-120.

Other have done reviews on this scale, nothing but praises. Lifetime warranty (Yes thats right).

Review on the scale itself from benchrest shooters.

This is the one I use and I am very happy with the accuracy and quality. I have bought several scales from "oldwillknottscales.com" over the years and all of them have been better than I thought they would be.

I bought the inexpensive FA scale when I first started reloading due to the positive reviews. I stopped using it pretty quick because it drifted pretty bad. I picked up the RCBS 750 and it's been a great scale. Not priced too high either, the GemPro mentioned above looks like a pretty nice scale and the price is decent.

This an example of a $30 scale that drifts.

Not suitable for measuring powder, I use it for weighing cast bullets.

Had a cheap Midway scale, I got rid of it. Drifted also.

I have to admit, the dillon D-Term digi scale didn't look like much but it is fairly solid and repeatable. I'd like to give the gempro a try but i have a feeling the dillon D-term is here to stay.

I have found the same, I have tired a few cheaper ones, but the d-term just stays put, doesn't drift, and is repeatable.  Good solid scale.

No complaints about my RCBS 750.
