I managed to break the little plastic bridge (part #8) on my LNL AP over the weekend and I just had the chance to call Grand Island to order up a replacement, they covered it under warranty! Then the nice lady helping me asked if I had anything else, and I remembered my 308 decapping pin that I literally bent into a useless threaded hair pick.. Let's just say their pricing is fantastic over the phone.

Great big thumbs up for Hornady (their phone tree alone is worth calling to talk to them!)

Anyhow it showed up tonight :-) (oh and a little something else for my AR15 from midway as well)

I have broken a few things on my Lnl AP, I actually broke the indexing wheel on the bottom of the press when my wife pissed me off while I was in the middle of a stage. Two days later I had a new indexing wheel free of charge. The only parts I have had to pay for were pawls, but I'm getting good at not breaking those anymore. So far they have sent me a new primer guide, primer shuttle, and indexing wheel for free under warranty.
