I managed to break the little plastic bridge (part #8) on my LNL AP over the weekend and I just had the chance to call Grand Island to order up a replacement, they covered it under warranty! Then the nice lady helping me asked if I had anything else, and I remembered my 308 decapping pin that I literally bent into a useless threaded hair pick.. Let's just say their pricing is fantastic over the phone.

So i called them what i think Monday morning about messing up my press o-ring on the powder rotor trying to put the rotor back in (hey...i'd been up like 19 hours...first mistake, i shoulda just stuck to getting everything cleaned only!)
Anyhow it showed up tonight :-) (oh and a little something else for my AR15 from midway as well)

| I have broken a few things on my Lnl AP, I actually broke the indexing wheel on the bottom of the press when my wife pissed me off while I was in the middle of a stage. Two days later I had a new indexing wheel free of charge. The only parts I have had to pay for were pawls, but I'm getting good at not breaking those anymore. So far they have sent me a new primer guide, primer shuttle, and indexing wheel for free under warranty. |
