This is my first attempt to make my own M193 clone for training and plinking purposes. Will the components work together?

Hornady 22cal .224 diamater 55gr FMJ-BT with cannelure
LC brass
Hodgdon H355 powder
Tula/Wolf small rifle magnum primer.

Yep. Looks good to me.  Looks like you did your home work.  I have never used Tula/Wolf primers but they say they are GTG.  They tend to have  a little thicker cup from what people are saying.  A good thing for the AR.  Just follow the load recipes listed in the book you are using and make sure the primers are below the primer pocket.

CCI #41 is primer what was designed  for AR's and Military.
I have used both CCI #41 and Wolf small rifle magnum.
With the H335 and WCC844 good loads for the 55 gr's.

Edit spelling.

Remington 7 1/2, CCI-450, CCI-41.

FWIW, I do not go over 26.0gr of H-335 with a 55gr bullet. I get ~3,100 fps +/- 25fps out of a 20" barrel with this load.

YMMV

I have used CCI sr, Win sr, and Rem sr.  Also CCI 41,  I have used them in Mag and Benchrest.  I have pretty much stayed with CCI sr mainly because I have a BIG pile of them.  It is recommended that you DO NOT use Federal primers in semi-auto weapons because of their sensitivity to slam fires.

Hmmm I am a noob at reloading, and I was wondering about slam fires with federal primers.

Sure, that will work but I'd stop at 3100fps at 72 deg out of a 20" barrel AR..

Works just fine.

My vote is CCI #41, designed for 5.56 pressures.

Work up your load carefully and watch for pressure signs.

I have used Wolf SRM (KVB556V, the 556 as part of the part number is the key) primers without any problems.
