Does anybody know of a source where I can cross reference a powder and see what I can load with it. I know of the sources where you pick a cartridge and it will show all the powders for it, what I am looking for is the other way around. I want to be able to pick a powder and see all the cartridges it can be used for. A list of all of the available powders would be ideal.

Works the same way, check out the powder manufacturers website to see what they list.

Same here................ you can o to each manufacturers web site and read about their powders. I made a list of the calibers I load for and then went to each website and wrote down each one for each caliber. You'll also be surprised with some that can be used for handgun and shotgun or some handgun powders listed for rifles.

I started a table for handgun cartridges several years ago, but never finished.  Part of the problem with that exercise is that it's about impossible to cover all the possibilities.

I belong to another pay site that has a recipe search engine that will do it.  Let me know if you need a particular powder searched.
