| Ive been reading all i can and am interested in opinions as to where to start. tha cals. im interested in loading are 50 bmg, 338 rum, 7.62x54r, 7mm, and .308. I know bmg will mean another press but what press for the rest? i dont want to spend a fortune and dont shoot alot. I would like a simple press and setup. i like the look and price of the lees and all my ammo will be plinking/hunting not target quality but ive heard the lees dont last to long. also, am i being to ambitious trying to learn on such large calibres? thanks for any imput even if you tell me to give up and go buy some bullets. |

With that list of calibers, start with 308. Will also cost less for components. Get a copy of ABC's of Reloading, the beginners best book on how to reload and choose reloading tools.
