I have about 200 pieces of 338 lapua brass that after the 6th firing the case necks are starting to get stuck in the chamber. Would getting them annealed help this problem ? Or is it time to retire them?

Thanks

Check the case length.  Could be time to FL size.

I should have posted that I have been full length resizing after each firing.

Give it a try.  Cant hurt, might help.  Unless you do it wrong.

Do you trim after you size?

OK, I'm going to say you have resistance on extraction.  How is it that you determined it is from the neck and not somewhere else on the case?

I guess I normally expect it to be the shoulder to breachface section that binds and wonder how you came to your conclusion.  Not saying I doubt you I just would like some more info on your problem you're encountering.  If the necks are staying in the chamber and the rest is coming out then ok, then.

I was just guessing it was the necks due to the marks after I knocked the cases out
