Hey guys - Reloading noob here.
I want to get into reloading. I have a budget of around 200 bucks just to get the basics - Press, powder measure, dies. I only need 40 s&w dies, Can anyone link to a kit that you would highly recommend that would be the best value to start to get me the basics. I have been de-priming all of my saved brass with a small punch, so that they are ready to be tumbled. i have a few thousand cases ready to go and i really like to get into this. What should i get - fore the best price, and capable to do .223 and .308 in the future and 45 acp and 9mm. thanks, dero1548 |
| I have the Lee Turret press kit. I got it from Midway for a good price. I bought extra turret plates for all the calibers I load so I can change quickly. I load .45acp, .40sw and .223. I get good shooting ammunition and save a bunch of money. In less than a year, the savings have paid for my press. I have had a few parts go wrong on me, but it was my inexperience but lee sent me replacements free anyway, they have taken good care of me so far. |
