I use a standard RCBS full length sizing die and a Redding Competition Seating die for my .223 loads.

I load for high power competition, 77 gr loads for 200 and 300 yards and 80 gr loads for 600 yards.

I use my Lee .223 dies for everything. I have no complaints about accuracy. I can get a 10 shot group to .75" at 100yds with my RRA 24" Varmint Upper. I can get the load, if you like.

Almost any brand of dies will work for you, the brand of dies you use has little to no effect on accuracy. The most important thing when reloading for an AR is that you must full length resize, neck sizing is not considered appropriate for semi auto rifles.

The Forster Ultra set are the best dies I own.

Record the settings on the bullet seater for different bullets one time and then you can dial them in repeatably.

I have the Redding National Match Die Set.  It has the micrometer bullet seater and is AWESOME.  I was using the Dillon dies that I bought with the 550B.  They are good, but the ammo is VERY consistent with the Redding dies as compared to the Dillon.  The micrometer adjustment allows for very quick and precise changes.  If you want to load to 2.250 and are getting 2.251, you can dial it in exactly.  Want to go out to 2.260?  Just dial in the 0.010 and you're there.  It is expensive for the set, but you get what you pay for.  I have thought about making a mix-n-match kit.  People speak highly if the S-bushing Full Length Sizing Die and the Lee Factory Full Length Crimp Die.  Since the AR is not that picky with "precision" ammo, it seems like a useless purchase for now.  If I ever load for a bolt gun and want to do bench rest shooting, I think it will be worth the extra effort.

When I started looking at the different dies available, I was confused at all the options and descriptions.  It helped alot to ask the guys on this forum and also to call the companies.  Good Luck.
