Has anyone here shipped tracer projectiles? Did you need to do anything special? Hazmat?

When I was looking for tracers a little bit back. Some places said they had to ship Hazmat, others said they were OK to ship normal.

You are shipping tracers or buying them?

Planning to ship them. I remember Hi-Tech used regular shipping but I wasn't positive that was the right way.
Anybody know what a ballpark going price is for them now? 20% light pulled like in Dryflash's pic? (1K quantities)

Wideners states it has to ship HazMat. Ammunitionstore.com said it can ship normal.
