Im considering creating a light load for my 300wsm strictly for paper punching to extend my barrel life. From what I understand according to this http://www.imrpowder.com/PDF/Youth%20Loads.pdf 4895 can be loaded as light as 60% of the maximum charge so I could load a 168gr smk down to 34.6 gr and still be in the clear. Anyone have any experience with this? Am I headed for trouble?
