[ARCHIVED THREAD] - WW 231 Powder

Fellows, I've been looking everywhere for some WW 231 Powder and can't find any.

Does anyone know what the problem is or where I can find some?

Everywhere I look they are out of stock.

You might try "Winchester Super Target"

It's very similar in yield and burn rate, but much cleaner.

HP-38 is the exact same powder and is usually easier to find

ETA - Natchez, Powder Valley and Third Generation all have 1lb HP-38

I agree, if you can get the HP38 you'll be good to go. It's the exact same powder and it's a lot easier to find these days.

Well, I seriously doubt that Obama is "hiding" all the WW231.

Thanks guys. I'll keep looking and maybe try a substitute in the mean time.

Please don't give him any ideas about hiding things. He comes up with enough bad ideas as it is.

Where in Texas are you? Bass pro in Katy and south Houston (pearland) has plenty in 1lb containers for like 19-23 IIRC. Also try 10ring if you are in Houston
