Pretty much any of the 180 grain loads are going to be subsonic. I load a Hornady 180 grain XTP in front of 6.7 grains of Longshot for 1035 FPS.

I want to reload ammo to shoot through a suppresor. It is out of a G22.
Are all 180 gr loads subsonic? As long as they are 180 gr am I good to go?

The speed of sound at sea level is around 1120 fps. Thus anything below that velocity will be subsonic. Most 180 grain .40 loads are in the 950 - 1050 fps range.
