I'm putting this out there because I know I'm not alone. A few weeks ago I got a case stuck in my RCBS FL .223 sizing die. It was my own fault. I then tried to use a stuck case remover tool for the first time and scratched my case, again, my own fault. I called RCBS customer service, explaining my stupidity, and they said just send it in with $5 and they would take care of it. I mailed it in 2 weeks ago, and got it back today. It is all polished and ready to go with a new decapper assembly. Now I can get back to the 1,000 rounds I had started.
RCBS stands behind their products and has a reasonable turn around time. Good on them. |
