I got the Lee Manual 2nd Edition to start with.

Great book.

ABCs of Reloading, which I do not have, comes highly recommended from the board.

Go ahead and get the Lee 50th Anniversay kit to start.  Its the only kit of its kind as far as I know.

There are several tacked threads at the top of this forum (the ones that have an icon next to them, looks like a globe with an arrow on it).

That's the place to start, along with getting a copy of "The ABC's of reloading" and one or more of the manufacturer's loading manuals.

There are also several recent threads of others starting out in reloading... lots of good reading here, and if you have specific questions, most folks here are happy to oblige...

You might post in the WAHTF there are quite a few reloaders in different parts of the State. You might beable to hookup with someone to see how things are done.

ABC's of Reloading is the book to start with, buy it or check out of library.

Read the FAQ's and Tutorials at the top of the page.

Is that a Dry side zipcode?

Wet sider here.

(Some WHTF code for you.)

Forget the books!  When I first started, I was told to get the ABC's of Handloading so I did. Crappy pictures, so - so explanations.  Where I learned the most is watching videos on youtube on how others set up their presses and then if I ran into problems or question-  asked on this forum.  Learned much faster actually "seeing" it done.
