For those of you that have the  " Complete reloading manual for the .280 Remington" (Copyright 2004) be very careful.  The Nosler bullet  load data starting on page 17-21 is for the .280 Rem Ackley Improved. The heading across the top does not say Ackley Improved!!!  It only says .280 Remington -Nosler Bullets.  The table of contents identifies these pages correctly for the Ackley but the heading at the top of the pages is totally misleading.  I made the mistake and loaded up some test rounds which were 2 grains above the actual published max load for the .280 Rem. (Flattened primers and signs of case seperation ).  My advice is to check multiple publications before loading.  Unfortunately, I was not able to find much information for Nosler 160 gr partitions with IMR 4350 powder.

Check Ammo Guide- you might find some help there.

FWIW, I use 48.0 of 4350 with 160 Partitions in my Model 70.

Eh...drop your gun off at a decent gunsmith and get the AI chamber.  That way you can shoot either.    Seriously considering that for mine.  Just haven't found the time to take the hour drive to my prefered smith.
