Try the bullet manufacturer for load data.

Missouri Bullet company doesn't publish load data.

Hodgdon has some 125gr lead bullet load data.  The Missouri Bullet TCFP is a truncated cone flat point.  Hodgdon's 125gr lead data is an "LCN", which I believe means "lead conical nose".  The shape of these is probably different, I'd guess that your Missouri bullets are probably shorter than the 125gr LCNs Hodgdon used to develop the data.  This is not a problem; just start low and work up.  Here's the Hodgdon data:
[bullet] [powder] [tested OAL] [start charge] [start charge velocity] [start charge pressure] [maximum charge] [maximum charge velocity] [maximum charge pressure]

I find with most lead bullets your OAL is dictated to you by the location of the shoulder on the bullet.  You will want to seat the bullet so that no more than a few thousandths of the shoulder is out past the case mouth, otherwise the cartridge won't chamber.

There is some additional load data here

What style barrel you using ?  Std 1911, or "ramped" ?

Ramped be the best way to go.   My 38 Super adventures were the old 175 power factor with 145gr LRN about 21yr ago, used 8.8gr AA-#7 back then.

Early to mid 1990's to about 1999,,  I ran 124 FMJ with large dose of #7, but later moved on to 540, and settled into 3N37 @ 8.2gr to make the new 165PF.

38 Super is a rather flexible cartridge to load (light 38acp to heavy duty 38 Super+P), especially when using a ramped barrel, and matching recoil spring for function.  Find data for bullets in similar weight range, and work around it, chrono be your friend.  Lots of useful powders, but I would stay away from the super fast powders and anything slower than #7/Blue Dot for the Super.

Don't know your plans for loading, but all mine at the time was done on a 550, I used a 38 Spl/357 Mag seat die for seating, as I could screw the die all way down to shell plate to keep case straight inside the die and be nowhere near touching the crimp ring in the die, and used a bare LEE 9mm taper crimp for removing the flare-crimp as the last step.

Go here.  Start reading and taking notes.

As SBR7_11 notes, you will want a ramped, fully supported chamber for any IPSC Major loads.
