Yep.

I went all around the horn with different powders, charge weights and bullets when I got my Garands.

Several years and a couple of OP Rods later I was back to where I started, IMR4895.

OP Rods are getting expensive, I wouldn't recomend too much playing around with Garand loads.

BL-C2, Win748, and RL-15 all should meter well enough.

There are dozens of powders that are ok in the M1.  Any powder with a burning rate between IMR 4905 (or H 4895) and IMR 4064 is acceptable.
