My Dad recently handed me his Ruger 10 inch Super Blackhawk in 357 Maximum...

What powders work?  I have some H-6

You will probably want to go slower than HS-6, think more along the lines of 4227, 296 or H-110. You may also want to consider the collectors value before using it, depending upon condition.

Before shooting it, I would have a competent gunsmith look the gun over.   They stopped making those pistols because of problems with gas cutting of the top strap, right at the cylinder gap.   Most people said it was Ruger was afraid of legal liabilities, but it can't hurt to be cautious when dealing with a safety issue.

I have a 14" T/C in that caliber and it's an under-appreciated one for sure.

EDIT to add:  My TC loves H110 and any bullet 158 grains and up.

Good point.  Condition is excellent!  comes with the original box, a scope & mount and a shoulder holster.   I also have the 2 boxes of ammo that Dad bought with it...  3 out of 50 Federal 180 gr Jacketed Hollow points and 20 Remington 158 semi jacketed hollow points fired through it...  23 rounds...

Remember, there are not that many of those babies floating around. If you are going to shoot it, do your research. IIRC, heavier bullet weights will be less erosive to your forcing cone. I've got a 10" contender and was pointed towards IMR 4227 for accuracy by an old IHMSA shooter.
