I went to use my d-terminater scale today and when I turned it on it displayed LO, beeped a few times & shut off. Did the same thing with batteries.
Whats wrong with it? |

You must for some reason not be getting power (or enough of) from the AC adapter, do you have a way to check it's output, like with a voltmeter or something?
My Dillon AC adapter is rated for an output of 6V but I just checked it and it puts out 9.33V, just a reference for you if you can check your AC adapter. My Chargemaster adapter is rated for 9V and puts out 13.57V, I wounder if this added voltage can affect or hurt the scales in the long term? |

EWP,
You must be measuring the no load voltage. From simple chargers it will always be higher than the loaded voltage. Measure the voltage when the load is attached and turned on. This does require making contact through the insulation of the charger's wire to the load. |
