I am a broke ass Student, and i need money so i can go shoot my AR. What do you guys think bout me offering a brass prep service.
I was Jest going to size, deprime, clean brass and primer pockets, trim to length chamfer, debur. and send it back. so what do you guys think Scott |
| I agree with AeroE on the losing control issue. Several companies offer this service now and from the limited specimens that I've seen, they oversize the brass too much for my liking. They have to resize to SAAMI minimum it appears and most of my rifles are +.008". I resize to +.004", so they would be overworking any brass I'd send them and would reduce case life because of it. Besides, what I like the most about doing it myself is I know what I'm dealing with and have complete control of the process. I'd be so anal once I got their finished cases back I'd want to check them all. |
