Can you load +p in any .38 casing or does it have to be stamped +p

Go for it. Any casing is fine.
Even +p is such a low pressure loading there is almost NO risk of a case head failure, especially in a revolver. I reloaded target speed stuff in cases so many times the 'nickle' plating wore away in the middle of the case where the sizing die went over it. That brass failed by case neck cracks with no difficulty in holding primers seated. |
