Anyone have any load data that they can share for 6.5 Grendel using 120 grain Barnes Tipped TSX and 130 grain Accubond loads.
Please share C.O.A.L if you don't mind. |

According to the Alexander Arms reloading data, for the 120 gn Barnes TSX, the OAL is 2.230: 120 TSX Barnes 2.230 The didn't have any loads for the 130 gn Accubond, but a 130 gn is 2.260 and 2.265 Hope this helps I have the AA data. The load for the TSX on there is not for the tipped TSX. I have to believe that the OAL of the tipped bullet has to be longer than the non tipped version, Currently I have them loaded and seated at 2.260" but have not crimped them yet hoping that I will get some feedback from someone that has loaded the tipped version before. I will probably use the 130 grain Scirocco data and back down 5% or so from the starting load and work up from there unless someone comes up with an alternate load data for the actual Accubond bullet. There is only .4 grain between the starting and the maximum load listed there. I'm sure it's due to case capacity. |
