Looking for a case trimmer. Probably not an electric one because of cost, so, any advice on manual trimmer?
Thank you. |

LE Wilson FTW:

I would strongly recommend a collet type trimmer. I have owned two trimmers in the past 15 years a Forster original(which is Excellent) and a Redding 2400 Trimmer that is the Best Non Power Trimmer Currently available. The 2400 is extremely accurate and unlike the Forster it will not Beat up on your hands since its collet lock is actuated with a push of a button and a turn of the handle. While the Redding 2400 is pricey it is worth every dollar. I would stay away from trimmers that use shell holders-not one can hold a candle in terms of accuracy and repeatability compared to collet type trimmers. |
