I have about 2000 once fired FC brass most of the stuff measures 1.7445 to 1.7495 range. All mo other brass is longer and I trim it to 1.75.  Im going to use this just for plinking with 55gr fmj with cannelure and I crimp. Should I leave the the cases as is or trim to 1.74?

Check the length after sizing.  Trim to 1.75 inches if needed.

Leave it as is if just used for plinking. With my plinking brass, I dont trim until over 1.755"

ETA: as aero mentioned def measure after you size the brass

FYI, it's not really meaningful to measure case lengths to four decimal places.
