I use motor oil as per the Dillon manual.  I don't use WD40 or any penetrating oils as per the Dillon manual.

I use Mobil 1 in a needle oiler for my Dillon 550. I probably lube it more than necessary. I keep a pan on the floor under it to catch the drips, but it's as tight as it was when brand new.

Rock Chucker, 550B, XL650 main ram : 30 weight motor oil



550B, Xl650 pivot arms/pins: wheel bearing grease or the grease that comes in their maintenance kit



550B, XL650 shell plate bolt: white grease



metal to metal contact spots on 650: breakfree, sparingly



plastic to plastic contact spots on 650: white grease



return spring under platform on 650: white grease

Just plain old gun oil...whatever I have left over from a cleaning evolution that I can spray on and into all the small pinned joints.

My LNL load gets a few shots from the grease gun. Couple for the ram and one in each linkage arm.
