[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Powder for reloading

I looked around and could not find anything that popped out at me. Just getting in to reloading and want powder for my pistol reloading. Any good websites with reviews or suggestions? I carry factory ammo but am going to reload for practice with my carry weapon a 40 S&W.

There are many.. Power Pistol is my choice for that caliber....

I know that their are like 300 possible choices. im so new at reloading. Why would you want a fast burn over a slow one?

I think the shorter barrel means the pressure needs to build faster... I might be wrong however.. Im sure it is in my lyman reloading manual, but im too lazy to get in there and get it..

I have an xD40 subcompact. I went with a medium burn powder, Universal Clays, because I like how full it fills the case.
