| My range pickups have been crap lately. I rarely net more than 25-50 cases. Where dou you guys that BUY your cases get them from? I have looked at some of the places tacked at the top but haven't heard anything negative or positive about them. For consistency I am looking for LC brass only that hasn't been run through SAWs |
AFAIK, River Valley Ordnance hasn't had any .223 brass in a while and won't be getting any in the foreseable future. I've had good luck with Jeff @ gibrass.com... I just remember a few years back when he had all the pulldown LC stuff. Awesome brass. Should have bought more. - AG |
One of these days I'm going to get a better story out of that place. I'm currently working with a feller who's related through a complicated string of marriages that I couldn't follow. The main thing is, his and her son's are cousins, keep in contact, and don't live far apart. I think. He owes me a call back. |
It's worth calling Brassmanbrass.com just to talk to the little cookie who answers the phone and takes the orders. She has got to be good for business.  Oh, I did get great brass, as described, good price, well packed, and promptly shipped too. |
I have hit up my local range for three weeks in a row, 45lbs for $7, 65lbs for $5 (hurt my back, but did not feel it till the next day), 35-40lbs for $3 (with a sore back, from the week before). I feel a lot better now 99%, but with the tropical storm I am not sure if I will go this week, as I do not think there would have been a lot of shooters. I now bend with my knees. |
