I was recently given a lot LOT of .223 brass and I'm curious about some of the milsurp stuff

1. What is RORG?

2.  Do the numbers indicate year?  If so I have some LC brass from the Veitnam era.

3.  What is PMC?  It has a military crimp primer pocket, but seems to be commercial(it says Rem 223)
