| I'm of the younger generation and am very home at the computer. I know that there is always the old fashioned way of doing it by writing down all the different loads and info into a notebook but what fun it that? I have looked at a few different programs but I would like to know what you guys use to track what you have loaded. I have been looking at the RSI software. Thanks for your time! |

Then you should be 1000% comfortable putting an EXCEL worksheet together that logs precisely what you want in your custom application that you can revise and update at will and as needed. There's no way I would pay for a computer routine to serve as a 3X5 card or spiral wound notebook, and I probably wouldn't buy RSI's product as a ballistics resource. I'm guessing many of us old broken down gray headed luddites have been using 'puters longer than you've been alive. Probably even designed the hardware and wrote the code, too.

A friend of mine told me a story about the Russian Space Program and how they wanted to invest like the US in all the fancy stuff to do there job but were funded low but needed something to write with in space, rather than spend large amounts of money on development of such a Instrument they gave them all pencils and then he proceeded to tell me to KISS . Save your money and go to WallyWorld for pen/paper |
That's because the Rooskies didn't mind graphite and rubber bits going into the air circulation systems. |
