I have some 5.56 brass with a headstamp of

 86


 13

I guess the top number (86) is the date but not sure what factory/arsenal the 13 is.


Somebody know and is it worth reloading?

I have loaded a few of these in my mixed mil brass loads.

No problems. They shoot, don't know who makes em.

Just remember to remove the primer crimp. (but you probably know that)

South African from them 2700 round tubs that came in a few yr back... they got 2 small square stakes for primer crimp.. and they is berdan.
