Hi all,
I recently completed a 24" varmint/target ar15 build, and have decided that to get the most out of this fine rifle - is to start reloading.

I went ahead and bought a  Lee Loadmaster prgressive press .223 and most everything else needed to reload.

I got 100 rounds of Hornady 68 gr bthp match, some hogdons Varget, CCI #400.
I cleaned up some Remington UMC and PMC brass in my new tumbler I love this press works fine. I loaded up 50 rounds, and I can't wait to get to the range this weekend.

Sounds good to me.. Only thing I would have done differently is make 10 rounds w/ 10 different weights of powder each so you could find the sweet spot..

i.e. #1, 22.0, #2, 22.5 so forth. (those are not acutal ##'s to use, just an example)

Also.. Go to the range now! heh... I know I was running out of the door as soon as  I could, couldn't wait for the weekend.

My rifle likes the Hornaday 68 gr BTHP and Varget  also.

Shoots Hornadays 53 gr BTHP and BLC2 quite well too.
