h110s my favorite powder for loading my 357.  I have used this probably 8 years ago, and had great results. I am ready to load some more, but it seems like the powder sticks to everything almost like static cling. I live in a very dry climate nw new mexico. Does the climate affect this? the biggest problem is cleanup and powder change. No matter what method i use to measure I have trouble removing left over powder

I take a disposable anti static cloth (dryer type) and wipe down the inside of my powder measure's plastic powder container. You should probably try to wipe down inside the metal mechanism. You might have to come up with some means of adding humidity to your reloading room. Even a teakettle and a hot plate might help.

Step one use a dryer sheet as mentioned.

Step two is grounding your reloading equipment.

Connect a wire from powder measure to a ground, water pipe, or electrical ground.

Never had the static problem up here in Washington.

Good luck.

I live west of Denver so I understand your concerns.  I wipe the inside of my powder measure plastic tube with a Bounce sheet before I start a reloading session.  I also just ran a wire from the wall socket to one of the strongmount bolts so my whole press is grounded and haven't had any issues with H110, TiteGroup, WC844, WC820, or Power Pistol.
