I have 8# of surplus in my hoard, but need to add some more. Since the surplus 4895 is nowhere to be found, I checked the price at my local Sportsmen's Warehouse--$142 for an 8# keg! Ouch! I could get it mail order WITH hazmat for that and can throw in some other stuff for good measure. The more the merrier, really, to spread out that Hazmat fee. Can someone tell me which vendors will mix powders and primer on one Hazmat? Does Powder Valley? I know Wideners will not mix. P.S.--anyone local to me (Olympia/Tacoma/Seattle) who's also looking for some powder in the next two weeks, drop me a PM. Rob |
News to me on Wideners... just a few week back, I got a shipment of 17#s of powder & 7K primers from them under one HazMat fee... and I've done it before. That's one of the main reasons why I go to them. |
Oh...maybe I'm wrong. I just looked again and the note says only : NOTE: MIXING OF TRACERS WITH OTHER HAZ-MAT ITEMS WILL RESULT IN TWO HAZ-MAT FEES I thought I remembered that is said something about mixing ANY kinds of Hazmat.
