Ok here's another question.
I'm measuring my bullets and I'm finding what I believe to be very inconsistent lengths.  I only measured 8 rounds.  FYI they are not Hornady bullets.  I know,I know, I should be using that.  Trust me that's my next batch.
Any feed back would be great.  Thanks

Some are .736
others .743
and some .764

How are you measuring them?

IF you're using the "bulk packaged" bullets or pulled bullets (55 gr FMJ from the big internet folks)..........well, there you go.

You have to supply more information about the caliber and type of bullet.

Ok guys,
Yes they are bulk.  I bought 1000 0f them.  They are not pulled, they are new manufacture.

They are 55g Xm193 rounds.  All I'm doing right now is just measuring from top to bottom.

And trust me I know, hornady, hornady, hornady.  It's in the works.

thanks guys

take the longest of your sample and use that to set your seating die. You'll be fine.

Just load them, shoot them, and enjoy.

They will be fine for blasting.

Not going to pile on.
