Hey guys,
I found a few boxes of pistol and one box of rifle primers.  I'm thinking I bought these back in 2000 or so.
How long will these things stay good?

Thanks
R.

The storage life is dependant upon the storage conditions.  The answer can vary from they are dead already to infinite shelf life.

I have primers that are 15 years old that are still totally fine.

Mike,
Primers were stored in the house the whole time.

Try a few.

Yeah they last along time but Florida is pretty humid.

Enjoy shooting your primers that you only paid $12 per k for.

I got a lot that's older than that and still shooting them.  Storage condition is everything
