Bought some of this stuff a while back, and just tried it out. I have a TON of .358 160LRN that I cast this past winter and then sized with the Lee Sizer. Read a few reviews on the Rooster Jacket product and thought I'd give it a whirl. As per thier instruction, I used a small strainer and "washed" the bullets in the product and then spread on some hardware cloth to dry overnight. Did 100 in like two minutes. If it works as advertised, it sure would sped up the process. Any users here..? Results..?

I use it on all my high volume competition bullets. 230 grain RN .45 ACP in both revolver and auto, 150 grain RN .38 Special in revolver. At the relatively low velocities required to make power factor in USPSA and ICORE, RJ works great! It applies and dries fast to a hard clean coating that doesn't pick up dirt or gum up feed ramps and chambers. Overall it's much cleaner than Lee Liquid Alox and not as smoky. LLA is a much better lube though. If you are going to push velocities over 900 fps, RJ is not likely to make you happy.
