| Anybody have any light target load recipes for 8mm Mauser? I've got the MOJO sight and I want to make a high power shooter out of my Mauser. All I can find is hunting loads, those are a little harsh for poking holes in paper. |

| We shoot cast bullet matches with 8mm Mauser. The .325" gas checked cast bullets go from 150-200 gns; it doesn't matter which you choose to go with. 9.0 gns of Unique or 12 gns of Red Dot. You will have to jack your sight up to about 600m to hit at 100 yards. Plenty accurate. My fav 8mm hunting load is 180 gn Nosler Ballistic Tips over 48.0 gns of IMR 4064. |
Any luck at 200 with similar loads? |
